1. How long does shipping take?

Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3–6 business days.

Delivery time: After shipment, delivery usually takes 10–20 business days, depending on your location and local customs.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $35.
For orders under $35, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 will be charged at checkout.

3. What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.

4. How do I request a return or exchange?

Please contact our customer support with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our team will provide further instructions.

5. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or final sale/clearance status. These items will be clearly stated on the product page.

6. When will I receive my refund?
